At that time Mobile TV was relatively new and Rachel already had a great deal of experience both in terms of content and technology. These services where launched to a very short deadline as both simulcast and loop channels, the formats originally introduced by Rachel are still in place today. I have no hesitation in recommending Rachel, she has a proven track record of delivering new mobile and digital services."
